Embroidery is a process in which a design is stitched directly onto a garment using a computerized embroidery machine. Embroidery gives a high quality, professional and long-lasting finish and is suitable for both text and logos.

The first step with embroidery is to ‘digitize’ the design. This is the conversion of your artwork be it a picture or a computer generated image into an embroidery format using specialist software.

We are delighted to have recently invested in the next generation of the digital revolution, a direct to film printer.

DTF printing involves printing a design onto a piece of film using water-based inks and a special powder adhesive. The film is the heat transferred to fabric using a heat press machine. This printing method is durable and the finished design is highly detailed and vibrant.

Vinyl printing is a process where a design is cut from a roll of coloured vinyl using a CAD plotter. The design is then positioned onto the garment and applied using a heat press. The vinyl we use is very durable and is designed to withstand regular washing.

A competitive one-off origination charge will apply for the digitizing of your logo for all businesses, clubs and organizations. For all new schools, origination of your logo is free of charge.
