  • Once you’ve booked your appointment, we’ll email you a confirmation including details of the special offer. If you don’t receive it, please check your junk or spam folder.

  • To be eligible for the discount, you must arrive on time for your appointment. Customers arriving more than 30 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and lose eligibility for the discount. 
  • Customers may arrive up to 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. The discount cannot be redeemed more than 15 minutes prior to the booked appointment.

The last available appointment date is Saturday 15th August 2026, as the busy Back-to-School rush begins mid-August. Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee appointment availability in the final weeks of the summer holidays.

Appointments are not compulsory – customers are welcome to visit without one. However, the discount offer will only apply to pre-booked appointments. Please be aware that queues may occur during busy periods.
