Delivery

HOME DELIVERIES

Deliveries made to a personal address are usually despatched within 5 working days (subject to stock availability). Please note however, at peak times (i.e. during the school Summer Holidays), this time may be increased. We therefore recommend that orders are placed two weeks prior to your desired delivery date.

A delivery charge will be added at checkout.

All shortages must be notified within 24 hours.

SCHOOL DELIVERIES

School deliveries are usually made on a weekly basis (subject to stock availability). You will be notified by email when delivery has taken place along with details as to where you can collect your order from the school.

Please note delivery times may vary during the school Summer Holidays. If the school is closed during the holidays and we are unable to make delivery, you will be notified accordingly and offered an alternative delivery option.

Deliveries to the school are free of charge.

STORE COLLECTIONS

If you choose to collect your order from our store please await email confirmation notifying you that your order is ready before coming in to collect.

We aim to process these orders within 2-3 days (subject to stock availability), however, please note at peak times this may vary and processing time may increase up to 7-10 days. We will update this on our home page during peak season.
